Swollen eye lid, should I be concerned?

My Daisy May seems to have a swollen eye lid. She seems to be squinting the eye. There is no discharge and no sneezing. She is a bit quieter than usual and didn’t seem to want to come down from her roost this She is 4-5 years old and she has has nasal respiratory type infections before. Should I separate her as she is in the mix of my new 10 week old birds?

If she is in with them, they have already been exposed to whatever it might be. Keep an eye on her in case ophthalmic ointment and antibiotics become necessary.

Is it possible it could clear up on its own or will an antibiotic be inevitable?
