Swollen eye, no puss ball

Hello everyone. I have a chicken that I figured had a sinus infection about 4 weeks ago. No one had any symptoms of upper respiratory except this chicken with one side of her face very swollen. I treated her with Denagard and she got better; swelling went away, she was released back with the flock. Fast forward to 1 week ago, her entire eye/side of face is very swollen (way worse than before). After research, and similar images showing coryza, I tried to squeeze the puss ball out, but it’s hard like a rock and nothing comes out, except some diluted blood from her mouth/nose, so I stopped trying that, and won’t try again. I started her on baytril (I know it’s not approved in chickens… let’s not go there please) and we are on day 7. It is not getting better. She has an appointment with a vet, but not for another week still (hard to find chicken vets here!)
Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m also putting terramycin ointment into the eye 2x/day. She’s eating/drinking normal. Picture attached! Any help is appreciated to try to make her more comfortable until her appt. Thanks!
(Side note: she’s panting bc it’s 100 degrees here. She’s breathing normal other than when it’s hot)

Do you have any pictures of her eye? If Denagard helped, she probably has MG (mycoplasma gallisepticum.) It is specifically for treating MG. Does she have a bad odor from her face? If it helped before maybe it will help again. Here is a video of removing pus, just in case you try again:

no odor at all, and I could not squeeze anything out. This picture was a few days ago, but it’s worse now. The eyeball is no longer visible. I can get another photo if needed. I can switch her back to Denagard, I just figured baytril would be better. Just looking for some help for the next week. Thank you.

Baytril will work as well against MG, since you have already started it. But there is a long egg withdrawal. What dosage are you using? Is it the 10% liquid? I hope that she gets okay. I would keep trying to remove any possible pus. Sometimes in a sinus infection, you can see it in the roof of the beak.
She’s 5 months old, not laying yet. The first time, we removed a lot of gunk from the roof of her mouth. This time she has none of that. Yes, the baytril is 10%, she’s 4.5 pounds and I’m giving 0.25ml 2x/day. She’s not a very friendly chicken, so catching her and messing with her isn’t easy, but I have her separated and confined. I treat her 2x/day. Today is 7th day of baytril treatment.
Should I continue the eye ointment as well- Terramycin? Thank you very much for your response, and info.

These are photos from the first event about 4-5 weeks ago. It’s worse/different this time.

Just seeing the early pics of the roof of her beak. I am going to tag @dawg53 and @Wyorp Rock to see if they think that could be canker or a yeast infection. Have you seen any fowl pox recently?
No fowl pox in anyone this year. Last year yes, but not this year. This girl is new hatch from February. We got all the gunk out of the roof and it never came back. It was also hard (if that matters). Thank you. Will continue as suggested above.
