swollen eye on day old chick?

There is no discharge or anything wrong that I can see, but the little one has a swollen eye and it is keeping it shut. Any ideas??? Seems ok otherwise so far... other 7 chicks are also fine.

It's still swollen... has been a day now.

try taking a cotton ball that is soaked in hydrogen peroxide. It should help, if there is some type of infection it should kill the problem.

i had a chick that had a swollen eye it did not look infected so i let it fix its self it took 4 days, was not bolging she just could not open it but now she can
