Swollen eye skin?

Not sure what this is, but it hasn't gone away and is bigger now. Just on the one side. Otherwise she's normal.

If she isn't sneezing or wheezing or having runny eyes, then it could be a simple eye infection or even a sinus infection. These are easily cleared up with some antibiotic eye drops. You can get an ophthalmic ointment or drops at a feed store or try simple triple antibiotic ointment directly in that eye until the swelling goes away.
