I have a hen with a swollen eye. No discharge from eye or nose. She is not acting sick. I tried squeezing it but nothing came out. Had her on a broad spectrum antibiotic but it did nothing

Poor baby. I'm sorry, I don't know why.
I hope she gets better soon.

If the swollen eye is from a respiratory infection or disease, those may require a certain antibiotic that treats mycoplasma. Thise include tylosin, doxycycline, oxytetracycline, Denagard (tiamulin,) and enrofloxacin. What antibiotic did you use? Have you seen any bubbles or foam in the eye? Can you make sure there is not foreign body or dirt in the eye?

There was object in her eye nor redness. I ordered some tylan. There were no bubbles in that eye but just noticed bubbles in the other eye. No discharge from the nose. No sneezing. She is eating ok
