Swollen eye

I have a peahen with a swollen eye. the picture was from yesterday and today it's completely swollen. I washed it out but I'm wondering if there is anything more I can do for it. Im in California so I can't get any medication and we don't have any local vets.

General care for infection in the eye is to flush with saline, press out pus then put Terramycin eye ointment in the eye.

Thanks I did continue with the cleaning the swelling appears to already be going down

@casportpony lives in CA and probably could tell you how to get proper antibiotics. She also is good with pea fowl.
