Swollen Eye

My black maran hen had an eye swollen shut. I have read so many different things I wasnt sure what to do. I immediately took her out of her pen and brought her in. I purchaced antibiotics from the local farmer supply and started her on it and electrolytes. I am proud to say 3 days later her eye is begining to open and she looks so much better. She never lost her appetite or had diarrea. I need to know how long should I keep her in and away from the other hens? I have cleaned out the coop as best I can and gave the healthy hens a waterer ful of electrolytres and vitamins to be safe. I love my chickens..

I would keep her out at least another week. I quarintine for 30 days but thats when I get new birds but with your own and if you have had her a while I would just watch to make sure she is ok and then maybe put her in with others.
