Swollen eyelids

Hey guys,
I have had the same issue with two hens not sure what it is but they have had it for 2 years and still going along just fine. Did you guys end up figuring out what it was?

I currently have a hen who is molting and has the same issue. Any clue?

No i really dont. The we put neosporin (no pain stuff) in her eyes a few days just in case?? But the swelling has never really all gone away! Here it is over a year later and she is still just a sassy gal ... living her best spoiled self. From time to time it seems to be more puffy than others but will go back down as much as it ever does-- we have finally decided maybe allergies?? Hahaha. But in your case to be associated with moulting there may be something going on... because moulting stresses their body so much they can be susceptible to other things. So maybe infection?? Is it one eye or both?? You could post your problem with a pic on her in new post ... tag wyorp rock ... she is wonderful! There are several others on here that have pulled me thru some hair raising times! Just cant think of all the names.. or exactly how they spell their name... if you get a reply from rock or eggcessive (?sp) you are in good hands-- but there are several others too! Best of luck!
