swollen eyes..HELP PLEASE

Ok, I have sevearl chickens with swollen eyes, some also have a "milky" discharge with the swollen eyes...( BTW, only one eye is swelled so they can still see) I have called several vets and asked what to give them..You dont want to know what they said. Any way the guy at MFA told me to give them some SULMET, so for the past few days I have been giving them the Sulmet no change! I stopped giving it to them. WHAT should I give them now? It doesnt look like it is spreading, but I hate to see them like this..(poor little chickens). I dont know excatly how old they are, but some are laying now and the other should start laying next month some time. Our roosters have the milky, swollen eyes...

Also..How long should we wait befor using the eggs again?
