Swollen eyes with white discharge

I have a pullet that I noticed has white discharge around her eyes and they appear to be swollen. Can we treat? Should she be segregated? Or do we have to put her down? She is less than a year old so hoping we don't have to put her down.

I'd isolate her and wipe eye with an antibiotic gel, I got mine at tractor supply. Watch for other symptoms.

Hi this is exactly what we found Friday morning. Our 1 year old's eyes were edged white and goopy. She was very slow, obviously struggling. We took her to the Vet and found her to be struggling with a sinus / respiratory thing. We were antibiotics and have to give her 1 drop in each nostril and each eye for 7 days. We have her separated for the next 3 weeks at least.
