Swollen face/head

Hi just came home to find my frizzle with a very swollen face. Acting a little withdrawn the last few days thought she was picked on maybe. She also has what I can only describe as blisters on parts of her body. She’s isolated now and she may be sneezing, can’t tell for sure as she just got done eating watermelon. Any suggestions?

My first thoughts are bacterial infection of some sort. I have also seen insect sting/or a bite of some kind cause that around the head but the body bump is unlikely to be so.
Take it to a vet to be sure.

Unfortunately there are no veterinarians that will see chickens within several hours to me. Thank you for your reply.
