Swollen face - one side! All chickens!

Hi,
Today I noticed one of my hens has swollen face but only one side. She was sneezing and a little gasping. Her nose was running. Then, I saw that almost all the rest of my chickens have it too! It spread! Swollen face but only one side of the face. They are eating, laying and acting normal... some have runny noses. What can it be? And what should I do??
