A swollen eyelid and foamy eye can be a sign of a respiratory disease, such as mycoplasma (MG.) Have you added any new birds to your flock recently? I would clean the eye with a clean damp cloth or rinse it, and apply some Terramycin eye ointment from the feed store, or use plain Neosporin ointment in the eye twice a day. Tylosin powder in the water may treat symptoms of MG. Here is where to find that:

I haven’t added any new chooks in the last 6 months and we are on property isolated from other chickens. She doesn’t seem to have any nasal discharge or respiratory effort when breathing.

If there is a peck or injury under the eye, that might be a possible cause. But I would probably get the tylosin, just in case it it MG. It can take a week to arrive, but you can use the eye ointment or Neosporin in the meantime. MG is common in some backyard flocks, and wild birds can spread it. You may or may not see other symptoms.
