She has been sick for a week. I didnt think she would make it, since she sounded like she was gurgling liquid when breathing. Snotty, swollen, etc.

I started giving her tylan 50 1 ml (up to the 1 on the tiny syringe) three times a day 6 days ago. She improved some, her breathing is fine. But she is still swollen. What I've read on here is tylan 50 is for 3 to 5 days. ......so should I continue or do something else?

Is there bubbles or any gunk inside the eye? Press around the eyelid and sinus to remove any pus. I would also rinse her eye with saline or eye wash, and apply either Terramycin or plain Neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment in the eye 2-3 times a day. Tylan can be given longer up to 7 to 10 days. Here is a video on pressing any pus from the sinus:

No bubbles. I tried pressing on her swollen face last night and some liquid came out....but it went back to being big and swollen again.

How much does she weigh?

I agree, it looks like the eye needs to be cleaned out.

Got a photo of your syringe?

Fluid coming out when squeezing may just be swelling. I would try the eye ointment and keep up with the Tylan. Has anyone been pecking her, or could she have been stung?
I think its a respitory issue as a week ago she was sounding gurgling when she was breathing and I didn't know if she would make it. But she held on so I started tylan.

Today I started pressing around her eye and sinus. 1. to squeeze snot out of her nostril on her swollen side. 2. to see if anything would come out her eye.

I did see a yellow "mass" in there, so I used tweezers to pull out the puss mass. It wasn't very big. I also put triple antibiotic in there 3 times today after checking for anything else.
