Swollen foot- any tips?

This is one of my dad’s hens. He just sent me photos of one of one of his gal’s feet. Poor girl. What do you recommend? She cannot walk.

Is there any bumble foot scab on the bottom of the foot pad? I would probably soak the feet in warm Epaommsalts or Betadine once a day. Apply Neosporin to any wound or scabs.
