Swollen foot

Hello fellow chicken enthusiasts. Can anyone help me with a diagnosis and treatment of my poor RIR hen. Her foot is swollen and she has some type of lesion on the bottom of her foot. It is clearly painful. I soaked it in some warm water and sprayed with Vetericyn spray. Thoughts? Thanks!

That is definitely bumblefoot.
