Swollen head

My 18 week old Lavender Orpingtons head is swollen. It has been like this for about 4 days. She is one of our 8 backyard chickens and she is the only one with a swollen head and face. Apart from how she looks, everything else about her is normal. The swelling is symmetrical and there is no evidence of injury. Any ideas? Thanks
