Swollen Hip/Leg in 4 week old chick! PLEASE HELP

My 4-5 week old sebright chick has a swollen hip! it was the same chick that had popping sounds as a chick and was in quarantine for a week...I think my son was too blame....and now it's hip is swollen....It is NOT red, and the skin is NOT tight, and it does not seem to bother the chick and it walks/runs/flys and acts normal eating and drinking fine, NO limp, and it does not seem to be tender when I push on it...it is fluid filled and feels soft and squishy and is located right over the hip/leg joint almost like an abscess but there is no puncture hole or any injury on the leg...and it is BIG...
What could this be and How can I fix/help it??? is there anything I can do? and do you think it will be ok?

Thank you for the links...but I did not find anything that fit??? He is still doing wonderful and acts like nothing is wrong...
