Swollen/Infected eyes on a chick. Any cure?

Yesterday they all looked fine, and today I have one with swollen eyes. I wiped them the best I could with a damp cloth and I dipped their beak in some water so they got something to drink in case they hadnt drank yet today. Any suggestions on how to help them? Gonna try to feed them soon.

Rinse with saline twice a day and get some terramycin eye antibiotic ointment from the feed store and place a small dab in each eye twice a day.

You need to watch your chicks carefully to see if you have an aggressive chick pecking at the eyes of the other chicks.
