Swollen inner eyelid?

My 1-year-old Black Sex Link, Oreo, showed up this morning with a swollen-looking inner eyelid. I don't think it's a discharge. Her other eye is normal, no other swelling around her eye, and her weight and behavior are normal.
Anyone seen this before?

Welcome to the site. That is an odd one. Does it seem to bother her? Like does she itch it or anything? I lean towards some sort of growth, but there might be bubbles in the corner of her eye too, I can’t really tell. Have you tried rinsing with saline to see if anything will dislodge from the eye?

I don’t have any answers. I would wonder if she might have been pecked in the eye which could have caused the conjunctiva to swell. I would keep some Terramycin eye ointment, Vetericyn Eye Gel, or plain Neosporin on the eye twice daily.

It doesn't seem to bother her except that it blocks her vision a bit. It looks pretty much the same this morning. Thank you for the recommendations!

Does she have any nasal drainage? In the picture there is something under her nostril, possibly food, dirt, or dried drainage.
