swollen neck

2 days ago I noticed my chicken had a swollen neck on one side looking like a soft water ballon . I thought she had an injury. I looked all over she has no injury's, no cold like symptoms, and did not seem to upset about me ruffling her feathers. Not sure how much she is eating or drinking. She is staying clear of the other chickens. I'm not sure what I should do next with her.

Some pictures might help. Is it her neck or her crop? I probably can't help much, but I'm very sorry about your little chicken.

I agree that pictures could help. My thoughts are that it might be the crop, but a leaking air sac could also be possible.
