So we got over fowl pox, but some of them still have it and now I’m starting to see this and heard a sneeze from my turkey. Does anyone know if this is respiratory from fowlpox or maybe something else?

Welcome to BYC. Sneezing occasionally could be from feed, dust or dander. There looks to be some flaking skin in the picture. If MG was a problem, you would probably see bubbles or foam in an eye, swollen eyelid, and turkeys have a worse time. Usually fowl pox runs its course over 3-4 weeks, and they are immune to it afterward. But it does tend to spread thread the flock over weeks.
