swollen scaly ankles

I have 3 of 25 hens with swollen, scaly ankles. I'll take some pictures today. Any thoughts?

Might be scaly leg mites.

Slather those feet in vaseline.

I've even sprayed the feet and legs down with PAM successfully in a pinch.

Dust them with seven.

Spray their roosts and crevices where the roosts hook to the coop.

Some folks also give invermectin... I DON'T.
