Swollen Toes - any advice?

My crooked beak little rooster has some really swollen toes. Thes pictures were taken after soaking them in Epsom salt water. He's still runs around. I don't see the bumble foot issues like in other pictures. Anyone dealt with this before?

Those are some crazy looking chubby toes! Is there a wound anywhere? Maybe he was stung by a bee.......

Well the fattest toe just fell off while we were holding him. No blood.
