Swollen Toes?

My guineas are all a year old. Today I noticed one of the girls' middle toes are swollen. Idk what to do. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Any possibility that she might have gotten them frozen or that their might be a string wrapped around them cutting off circulation?

I wish I could post a picture but my phone will not let me.they are huge and I think the frozen is probable. I would have seen the string. Any ideas on how to treat or what to do?

If they were frozen, they will dry up (they are in effect dead) and fall off. If only a couple of toes are affected, a bird can still have quality of life.

There doesn't appear to be any inflammation and I would guess that she is getting around OK. Such birds frequently walk with an exaggerated gait after this has happened, but they do fine.

Yes she walks and acts normal.
