We just got six pollutes last week, and one of them has recently been having problems with her vent. I thought it was pasty butt at first, so I very carefully cleaned her up and made sure to check up on her. Her vent is now swollen and she's having trouble pooping. She squats and holds her wings out and yelled every time. I help her through it, using a q-tip to help her along is it gets stuck in her feathers or won't fall. I applied some chicken first aid spray since it's all we have currently during this pandemic. Once she's done pooping she's able to suck it back in, but it's still swollen and she's in pain everytime she poops.

Also, she seems to be running around and behaving normal, until she has to go

It's okay! And she's doing much better. It's still swollen, but not a whole lot and she's not having anymore issues. I keep an eye on her to make sure it's remaining clean and the swelling goes down completely.
