Swollen vent

I have a little one with a swollen vent. It's a little red .. She had hard poops stuck to it so I may just be irritated from me cleaning it? I don't think I went to hard but it did take me a while... Can I put neosprine on her? I don't want it to get worse. Thanks for your help!!

that will work just make sure you don't put anything on her that has pain relief in it as the ingredients in it are toxic
