Swollen wing in duck

My Welsh Harlequin duck has a swollen wing. Any ideas how to treat it? I have liquid Penicillin and Tylan 200 on hand, as well as Ivermectin. I am trying to figure out how to post pictures. ??

Is there a wound? Look down on the left where you reply it says attach files that is what you click on to pick a picture you want to send.
