Swollen wing on duck

What can I do to help this poor creature. I have topical antibiotic ointment, Penicillin, Tylan 200, Agrimectin.

Do you have any idea what happened? Is there a wound? how she lose her feathers?

How long has she had this infection?? Take her to a vet immediately this poor duck is in so much pain. I have never seen any part of a duck so infected and there is a very good chance a wing that infected the infection has reached the bone. Which if that's the case the nicest thing you can do is have her put to sleep.
