EBS.... Empty 'Bator Syndrome

1) The increased heart rate that occurs when you realize that you didnt turn the eggs this morning and the flush of relief when you remember that the bator is empty.

Your symptoms?

Everytime I hear anything that resembles a "peep", my heart skips a beat.

As mine said recently "WHY is the incubator running!?"

As you pack to move from one house to the new house you figure out how to both set eggs now at the current house and transport them in bator to new house all the while maintaining heat and humidity. (by the way I have a plug in my truck I can plug the bator into hhmmm)

I stub my toe in the dark then realize my night light the incubator isn't on.

Waking up in the middle of the night to Peeping that isn't there...

Finding the brooder unplugged and FREAKING out because it won't be warm for the ... hatch that isn't coming.

Of course that was last year.... I haven't stopped hatching yet...
