I tried to remember the statistics but I gave up and figured it was something around that or at least in her mind it is

It's nice playing an NPC because then they're flexible.
Where do NPCs hang around anyways? What is their function in the game? What is the complexity of the AI? Do they all behave like Hewitt or would Hewitt's special abilities be special abilities? Can people tell he's an NPC because of his dress, though he constantly insists he's a real man, or can users buy clothes?

You’ll usually find like 90% of them in the Safe Zone. Though there are some strung out in the world.
NPC’s are mainly programmed to assist the Users, but rare cases (like Hewitt) are far more distinguished and have their own free will and do what they like. They can potentially be dangerous as well.
NPC’s don’t have number identification on their hands.
The only awareness they should have is that the world they live in is ‘real’ and strictly believe this. As for the special abilities I think they follow the same guidelines. But they’ll eat, etc. just to play the part of being ordinary people.
Also they know how to navigate the occasional environmental changes.

I sorta want to join but only if I could play this character but he's probably too spoofy and OP and yet...
Name: Hewitt
Gender: male
Age: 93 and will probably go on living forever.
Appearance: An old man with a cane that he doesn’t use for support but rather uses it to punish people with.

Personality: Insufferable. He can’t sympathize with others’ pain. He says “it builds character” all the time. A crotchety old man. Always goes on about how others don’t know how lucky they are being able to taste and feel, but he gets little sympathy. A good ally to have.
Abilities: Both a blessing and a curse, given to him by a bad fairy as a child. Doesn’t hunger, thirst, tire, or feel pain. He does not require sleep. He doesn’t feel any human sensations. He doesn’t have tastebuds. His only vice is, in order to retain these abilities (and not die a slow painful death because he’s incapable of consuming food) is to say “it builds character” every 10 minutes. Can run forever, strength is only limited to what fits in hands. He can be killed, he just won't be able to feel it if he's bleeding out. He can only smell, see, and hear.

There is a reason I have chronically depressed characters. I can't for the life of me make them look sane while smiling. Though I suspect in this case Heather just actually looks deranged when she smiles... especially while holding a weapon.

It's better than it was but hahahahaahah She needs to calm her anxious eyeballs cause this is bordering on terrifying.

This is like when she finally finds someone I'm sure, and she just yells "PEOPLE!!!" and runs toward them. HAhahahahaah, She's gonna get herself SHOT.

I've put a few tips that help me, kind of.

A weird tip is: If you look at yourself in a mirror, try to see what parts move when you smile, then exaggerate them a little. XD
