T post questions

Thinking of building another run behind the existing run

Using t post and 2x4 welded wire

If I want my fence 6 feet high

What size t post?

thats what I have, keep in mind a 6' post is a little more than 5' once its in the ground.

I would think a 8 ft post would work. Drive it in 2ft or so and you'd have 6ft of post to attach to. Since chicken are not going to actually push on the fence with any force, I'd think 2 ft down would work.

Or use 6ft posts and let a ft hang over the top
