TACOS!?

I actually haven't had a taco in a long time! It has been like a year!

I just ate one like a hour ago!

I LOVE tacos! My favorite: small soft corn tortilla (fried in a but of oil to give shape), ground venison or beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, and occasionally black olives. I prefer to mix the inside (filling) of the taco together before putting it on the tortilla.

Yeah, I don't like the faux cheese that's on nachos sometimes, but a real loaded platter with real cheese...

I'm hungry for tacos and we just had taco salad last night for dinner - Fajitas on Saturday. I could eat a taco like every other day - different meats, cheeses, shells, veggies, beans, rice - the combinations are endless.

Red beans and rice taco is my personal favorite.

Also, I don’t think I could choose favorites between tacos and pizza, they’re both the classic grab-and-go favorites! Pepperoni or cheese, and beef/tomato/lettuce/cheese for me! Taco Bell on Sunday!
