The feathers look broken and bloody. Still eating and drinking. No other chicken is having this problem. He is a polish crest. Still have the hard coating on the new feathers. Broken and bleeding a few

How old is the bird? This is a cockerel/roo and that is the tail feathers? New feathers have a blood supply until they are fully formed and ready for the sheath to come off, so if they get broken, they will bleed. Usually it can be stopped by pressure, if it won't stop then you can pluck the feather and put pressure at the spot on the skin where it was to get it to stop. Once blood is drawn, other birds will peck at the red, which can make things worse. Not knowing what happened, a random feather that got broken and then feather picking where it was bleeding, or whether he was attacked or bullied for some reason, or fighting, hard to say the cause.
