Tail feathers? Edited to add lots of pictures.

LOL! They can be such noisy little midnight munchers, can't they. First chick I had like that, I saw his crop and panicked. "OMG it's impacted!" I thought he was dying or something. I wouldn't worry about yours, I doubt they could ALL be roos. Piglets yes, roos, no. If Steffpeck can sex them by wing feathering, you should go with that opinion. I could never figure out the difference but I know some people can do it quite accurately at a couple of days old...

Now, the one people are guessing is a pullet is chest butting the other chicks. Do pullets ever do this, or is this maybe a cockeral? It flies across the brooder and if someone "bumps" it when it lands, it chest bumps it.
