Tail feathers

This afternoon I came home to find one of my plymoth rock hens had lost all of her tail feet here's that we're ther when I let them out of their hutch this morning.

Could my other chickens do this to her, how long will they take to grow back?

I found a heap of feathers in the back corner of my yard, could it be a predator?

Any idea how long they take to grow back? I've heard that fethers that have been plucked grow back faster than others?
