Taking eggs from turkey hen and putting in an incubator

I have a turkey that has recently laid another clutch of 5 eggs. She has been setting on them for roughly 2 weeks. Can anyone help me with getting an estimated age on the chicks so I can know when the lock down period will be so I can increase the humidity

EDT: Okay, I'm an idiot. Turkey eggs take 28 days to hatch, same as ducks.

EDT2: Since you don't know exact date, just wait until you candle an internal pip, or until you see the beginnings of the first external pip.
