Do you think if I put 2 moms in the nursery together, each with their respective chicks....all will be okay? Meaning they wont fight or try to kill the other's chicks?

Well I hope you're right! The newest this morning was 4 girls in one box: 1 Broody while 3 were laying eggs and total havoc!
Then, of course, there's the mom in the nursery with her 2 babies....Victoria in her box sitting on three eggs and Annie, the only sane one ,in her own box trying to lay an egg in peace. All the while, our little silkie rooster is running around the property screaming his brains out wondering what's gone wrong! Finally he just goes into a corner puts his face against the wall and totally shuts down for a stress nap!
