Taking on a new chicken/chicken is here.........I need some help!

ITS GOING GREAT!!! My silkie is getting along with my other hens! They have made a agreement on the pecking order! Sadly one of my chickens got pecked in the eye I had to clean her up

I always introduce new chickensafter dark and just place them on the roosts with the other chickens.
