I am taking my quails to the Ashtabula county fair and all of my quailsare show quality ( every single bird I have is show quality) but I have Tuxedo quail and English white quail all very nice looking I want both those breeds of quail but I can only take 2 types of birds and I'm taking a Black spanish turkey. So what would people rather see. None of my quails are for market. I have Tuxedo , English whites, Pharaoh quail, and Coturnix.

Tuxedo, white, and Pharaoh are all Coturnix quail. They are just different colors. I don't see why you can't take both a Tuxedo and a white, assuming you are permitted to bring multiple birds of the same kind.

For some reason in 4-h you can only bring as many animals as you have been there so 1 year = one animal 2 years = 2 animals after 4 years you can do up to 5 animals. It is my second year so I am doing a turkey and quail. I now that all those quail I listed were coturnix I just didn't know what else to call the last ones I listed.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood. Is there a particular type that is harder to find in your area? If so I would go with that one because it would have the extra uniqueness factor.

No they are just Tuxedo and English whites that I have the most of I have 2 Pharaoh and one Coturnix

Okay. Well I'm not super keen on the Tuxedo pattern but that is just personal preference. Though I will say, of the pictures I've seen, the ones that have an almost even split between their colors with a white belly and face are pretty neat looking. They didn't have any color patches on the white part. That being said, I would still rather see an English White.
