What people don't know about me - I have generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Been that way my whole life but hid it for many years because I knew my anxieties and reactions weren't rational. Even my DH, who has known me since we were 15 didn't know how bad I was and how much self-talk it took to get me out of the house. I was determined to NEVER let it slow me down. Finally got to the point I just couldn't deal with it physically and started taking meds about 2.5 yrs ago. The meds have been a MIRACLE to me - no more panic attacks and constant physical symptoms. Downside is I gained 80 lbs.... but better fat than miserable!
