Finally did the back yard chicken thing. Been talking about it for over 10 years and by golly I turned the shed into a chicken coop and part of the yard. Love it. Never knew taking care of my food and an animal can be so much fun like a chicken. So I had to get turkeys and ducks. I'll post photos of my coop soon my plan was to spend little if no money on it. Sustainability has become my new thing. I just got tired of doing a lot of talking and thinking, I've sat way to long looking and thinking. Thanks chickens. And thanks backyard chicken people, I have learned more in these last 4 weeks about chickens that I've overloaded my self with questions. Who knew all because of chickens! Hope to make lots of friends and gain lots of ideas and no how about raising birds.
