Talk to me about Cocci

Are there any natural cures - something I could go out and buy today? I'm in the uk and feed stores don't stock medication here - you have to be seen by a vet. I don't have a vet that will see poultry so I'm screwed.

My birds are pretty sorry looking and going by the colour of their stools, and all their symptoms, I'm guessing it's probably Cocci.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mothers Apple cider vinegar in the water is a natural preventive to cocci I have heard. I never needed to use it so I don't know if it works.
