talk to me about homemade styrofoam cooler incubators please

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! There's the pics of my homemade incubator (not the best pictures).... It's not so aesthetically pleasing but it gets the job done and that's what's important right!? I have two bulbs on the right, vents cut in left side and top (I found out proper air circulation was important for humidity) I just played around with it until I got it right
P.s. that's a freshly hatched chickie in the right corner next to the thermometer.... Just hatched about 30 minutes ago!
