Talk to me of arthritis

Arthritis, yup I've got it.
Reduce your sugar intake and exercise. I take Recovery and it works great. It is a natural product. I try to stay away from Meds as much as possible.

Just make sure it's virgin, unrefined, cold pressed coconut oil.
For some reason it makes a difference.

If it helps you may find you start going through vco quickly. At that point it's necessary to buy by the gallon which is WAY less expensive. . . don't laugh it's true.
Let me know if you find yourself needing good sources that are well priced.

Up to but not more than 5tbsp a day is recommended. And no it will not harm your cholesterol level. It will raise the good and lower the bad.

So I have Crohns and along with it comes a variety of assorted auto-immune side effects. Rheumatoid arthritis is a possible side effect. I have had issues in the past when my medicine is wearing off with pain in my ankles and knees. About a week ago the joint at the bottom of my left hand started hurting. I thought I had just bruised it working, but it is getting worse. It is localized at the place where the thumb bone joins in at the wrist. It is a different kind of hurt than when my ankles and knees hurt. I'm starting to have a hard time griping things. I go back for another round of medicine in about a week. If it goes away immediately with the medicine I'll know it was an arthritis flare. In the meantime, any tips on making it all better? At least it's not my right hand, but still. I've been doing ibuprofen. Heat maybe? Ice it? I'm at a loss.
I have the same problems. Doctors won"t give me anything because I told them about my addictions! i take extra sthenth tylenol and 50mg Tramadol. I have started a bunch of vitamins and minerls that seem to help. K2/MK-7, Magnesium, Zink 30,GlucosamineHCI, A ,24,00 , D3 5000iu I take 3 of these, multivitamin "Gummies" I take 4 of these, ay night I take 20 mg Melatonin. and 100mg Trazadone. I get all the vitamins and supplements from Amoazon.
