Tallest breed?

I've got a mutt roo that I believe is a Langshan over Welsummer that's starting to get huge. My six-year-old was terrified when the guy we got him from opened up the Langshan coop. That rooster was nearly as tall as the Royal Palm turkeys we had there. Not as bulky, but very tall.

I'm not sure the breed but this could possibly be the tallest chicken I've ever seen, it's even taller then a pig.........holy cow!
