I have two two-year coturnix, both females. I had two other females and a male, one of which was really friendly and acted as an "anchor" to the others. Unfortunately, a raccoon got 3, along with the friendly one, a year ago. I am trying to make my remaining quail at least tame enough to pick out of the cage for beak trimming, ect., and so I can clean and collect eggs without them freaking out. Any suggestions? Also, how long do they live?
