Tamper-proof seal for safeguard?

I just received the liquid 10% Safeguard for goats and I noticed that there wasn’t a safety seal on it. Was wondering if that’s normal or if I should have received one with a seal on it?

You could call the feedstore, the manufacturer, to ask, or just go to the feedstore and check. Animal medications may not be as strict as human medicines with safety seals.
