good morning! I finally have my first ever chicks! The Dixie chicks! 7 babies. Two are smaller and struggling a bit bit otherwise everyone is healthy. Had to hang a mirror in the brooder so that they could look at themselves and peck at reflection rather than each other. They are so vain. So happy. Tara.

Thanks! I need to figure out their feeding. They seem to like scrambled eggs more than their chick starter.

Hello Tara! Welcome to the best chicken site ever! If they aren't interested in the chick starter then maybe put a couple shallow bowls of it out that they can scratch and peck at? I did that with mine when I was concerned with that.
