Instead of worrying about fading, worry first what type of script the design would be. I have the phrase Life is Beautiful tattooed on my ankle, and it is barely visible anymore. It just looks like a faded, grey-scale patch because ink spreads. My artist refuses to do a lot of different things, including "mini tattoos" because he knows it will be a blurry mess of bleck within 5 years.Do you think a quote or handwriting or other types of words would fade as much? Not that I’m getting one but just curious.
Hmm interesting!! Thanks!!Instead of worrying about fading, worry first what type of script the design would be. They are all small-ish. I had each of my immediate family draw me a picture and now I am creating a collage out of them on my left leg. I have already gotten the largest of them, and a few of the smaller ones; but I am still missing 4. My 5th one this year will be the "negative" of my cat's paw print over my heart, with my baby's name and dates of birth-death.Lol, better pace yourself or you are gonna run out of real estate
I should add that the artist that initially did the script tattoo is NOT the same artist that I have now. I upgraded.Instead of worrying about fading, worry first what type of script the design would be. I have the phrase Life is Beautiful tattooed on my ankle, and it is barely visible anymore.
